Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes.. Remove chicken pieces to a plate. Add yogurt and stir in until combined. Return chicken pieces to the sauce.. Serve over rice and top with cilantro.. █ Rice █. • 1 cup long grain basmati rice. • 1 ½ cup water. Add rice and water to a sauce pan and cover.. Next time I will try first frying the cashews in oil for a bit to drive off moisture, then setting them aside and adding them back at the very end, after the sauce has been thickened. Not sure if that will work out, but it’s what I’m thinking of trying

Hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant dish! I love it even better cold the next morning (I know I’m a freak). You made that look seriously delicious. Now I might have to make Chinese food for supper!
Made this last night, and it was absolutely delicious! Whole family loved it and wants it in the “keeper “ file.
Made this tonight. 3 things I didn’t have and don’t use. The Chinese Wine, Hoisin Sauce and Tien Tsen Chili Peppers. And I only had green pepper didn’t have the red. But this will definitely be a keeper. I think I like this one better then the one I was making.:) Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Made this last night. Absolutely delicious. I didn’t change anything about this recipe except the sugar: 2tbs only. I didn’t have any red pepper so I’ve added a large red onion. Thank you very much for sharing.:)
